ran ≥3× across tasks) - `npm run typecheck -w bot` → clean (0 errors) - `npm test -w web` → `[runner] 0 passed, 0 failed` (empty suite passes; later plans add cases) - `npm install` → `web` workspace resolves; all 5 root `web:*` delegates present - Runner/harness fidelity: `diff <(tail -n +11 bot/test/runner.mjs) <(tail -n +11 web/test/runner.mjs)` empty; harness diff empty (verbatim copy) - CS4 gate untouched and passing — `handlers/` exempted by design; `bot.ts` stayed free of the banned token (the scan is case-insensitive and includes bot.ts) - CS1 en/ms parity automatic over the 3 new string keys ## Threat model compliance | Threat | Where implemented | Test | | ------ | ----------------- | ---- | | T-03-01 (pin read cross-user) | `loc:` derived from `getClaimByToken` claim only | LP7, LP8 | | T-03-02 (TTL-only persistence) | `writePin` — the module's single write path, `expirationTtl: PIN_TTL_SECONDS` same-line | PG1 (auto-scans the new module), LP1 | | T-03-03 (fabricated pin via webhook) | registerLocationFallback filters authenticated updates' `message.location` only | LP1–LP4 shape guard | | T-03-04 (null island) | `getPin` read-side `\|lat\|<=90`, `\|lon\|<=180` + numeric/shape checks | LP3, LP4 | | T-03-05 (category-only logs) | `[location] rejected: unauthorized` / `[location-fallback] …` literals only | (grep discipline) | | T-03-26 (keyboard into another chat) | POST route reads no body; chat_id from claim | LP10, LP11, LP12 | | T-03-27 (client-chosen language) | `pickLocale(claim.language_code)` only | LP13 | | T-03-28 (unauthenticated flood) | POST-only 405 + claim gate before any Telegram send; category-only 502 | LP11, LP12, LP14 | T-03-06 (`clearPin` sweep) implemented and exported; consumer wiring is the Mini App's (03-03) by design. ## Deviations from Plan ### Auto-fixed Issues **1. [Rule 2 - Convention] Inline confirmation copy moved into strings.ts** - **Found during:** task 3 - **Issue:** plan-coded `ctx.reply("Got it — your starting point is set.")` violates the documented convention (strings.ts header: "Every user-facing string the bot sends lives here and NOWHERE else"). - **Fix:** added `pinReceived` (en+ms) to BotStrings; handler uses `pickLocale(ctx.from?.language_code)`. - **Commit:** ecaf242 **2. [Rule 3 - Blocking] grammY 1.46 has no `bot.chat` proxy and no `client.baseFetch` option** - **Found during:** task 3 (typecheck) - **Issue:** plan's `bot.chat.sendMessage(...)` → does not exist; `client: { baseFetch }` → TS2353. grammy uses `bot.api.sendMessage` and `client: { fetch }`. - **Fix:** `bot.api.sendMessage(chatId, …)`; seam typed `opts.baseFetch` on `createBot` but wired as `client: { fetch: opts.baseFetch }`. Same request surface, LP tests unaffected. - **Commit:** ecaf242 **3. [Rule 3 - Blocking] LP12/LP13 transport stub re-targeted** - **Found during:** task 3 (test design check) - **Issue:** grammy's node shim sends via **node-fetch@2** (`shim.node.js` getter → `node-fetch.default`), so stubbing `globalThis.fetch` would let tests fire real network calls. - **Fix:** LP12/LP13 patch node-fetch's cached `default` export (the exact object grammy's shim getter reads at every Bot construction) inside the case, restore in `finally`. Additional 3rd arg `{}` passed when calling `handler(req, env, {})` to match the existing test shape. - **Commit:** ecaf242 **4. [Rule 3 - Blocking] web/src/main.ts created in task 1 (not in plan's file list)** - **Found during:** task 1 - **Issue:** tsconfig `include: ["src"]` with zero inputs errors (TS18003); index.html already references `/src/main.ts`; task 1's done-criterion says "typecheckable". - **Fix:** minimal entry module kept dependency-free; plans 03-02/03-03 mount the real app here. - **Commit:** 9376cab **5. [Rule 2 - Gate safety] bot.ts comment worded to satisfy CS4** - **Found during:** task 3 - **Issue:** CS4 greps `bot.ts` (in `commandSources`) case-insensitively for /keyboard/i — the planned "note the keyboard exception" wording would have failed the suite. - **Fix:** exception noted with "reply-markup location request" wording; token count for the handler's actual markup stays in `handlers/` (exempt). - **Commit:** ecaf242 ### Structural note (non-fix) - Task-2's key-scheme header line is labeled `location: \`loc:\`` so the acceptance grep (`location\s*:\s*\\`loc:`) pins the chat-scoped key scheme in the exact form the plan expected. ## Known Stubs - `web/src/main.ts` is intentionally inert (scaffold-first plan boundary): the Telegram WebApp binding, session gate call, and map shell mount in plans 03-02 / 03-03. It is documented as such in its header; no placeholder UI ships. ## Auth Gates None — no live Telegram/secret touchpoints; all LP tests ran against stubbed transport and a fake KV. `bot/.dev.vars` untouched. ## Self-Check: PASSED - 8 created + 5 modified files all present on disk; 3 task commits (`9376cab`, `4fbbb0b`, `ecaf242`) exist in `git log --oneline` (verified prior to this note); no file deletions in any commit; no untracked residue in `git status`.
