## Gate Consequence

**DSGN-02: PASSED for Phase 1.**

- The fidelity bar and basemap direction are approved; product screens (Phase 2+) may be built against the approved token package, component sheet, and basemap.
- Mechanism for every later UI phase (D-12): extend `theme/gallery.html` with one comparison row per new product screen, append pages to `audit.mjs` IMPLEMENTATION_PAGES, and run `npm run audit` + `npm run capture` as standing gates before that phase's own DSGN-02 review.
- The basemap's signal-orange route accent stays reserved for Phase 5 guidance rendering (D-08); no orange enters the basemap before then.

**Post-approval wiring (follows in the next commit):** the theme-side `gallery` script (the 01-01 contract's "plan 04 (gallery/audit)" slot — root's `npm run gallery` delegate has pointed at it since wave 1) is wired as the one-command DSGN-02 review loop: build → capture → serve.
